I, a Radical Whig in Chattanooga, am pleased to volunteer to head up, or if the position is already taken, to otherwise assist with the "Zach Wamp for Governor of Tennessee in 2010" effort. My only regret is that I did not do so back in 2006.

As Governor, Zach Wamp won't be voting to give TRILLIONS of  "dollars" to bail out billionaire investors who screwed up. He won't be voting for "billionaire charity" even though Tennessee's own Congressman Davy Crockett told us back in the early 1800's that even charity for poor widows from the Federal Government was "Unconstitutional". He won't vote to give taxpayer money to suckers who were sucked in by ever increasing property prices, and the mortgages to fund those ever increasing prices, brought about the the "Fed's" (Karl Marx's Central Bank) easy credit and inflationary practices.

As Governor, Zach Wamp won't vote for a billionaire bailout spending bill that originated in the Senate (the House having voted it down), even though the US Constitution plainly states that ALL revenue and spending bills MUST originate in the HOUSE.

As Governor, Zach Wamp won't vote to spend where the US Federal debt reaches and then exceeds $10 TRILLION. Thanks to Zach's recent votes, it's headed up to $11½ TRILLION.

As Governor, Zach won't vote to suspend our Federal Bill of Rights Protections regarding Habeaus Corpus and protections against warrentless searches and seizures. He won't be voting to suspend Posse Committatus. Neither will he vote to allow us, we US Citizens,  to be dragged off to foreign soil and be tortured and held indefinately. He won't be able to vote to allow US citizens to be tried by military tribunals rather than US Courts.

As Governor, Zach won't vote to go half way around the globe to invade foreign countries and kill their citizens when those countries pose no threat whatsoever to us. He won't be able to vote to cede the warmaking decision to the executive; a plain violation of the Constitution.

As Governor, Zach won't vote for trade agreements which replace Jefferson's & Madison's Tariff based revenues with Karl Marx's revenues from the Graduated Income Tax; crippling domestic manufacturers and workers while giving a free ride to the global corporations who sent our jobs overseas. He won't vote for tax and regulatory policies which send ever more of our industries and jobs overseas.

Ok, ok; I'll admit it. I'm supporting "Wamp for Governor" simply because he can't do as much harm there as he has as a US Congressman. Who knows; he just might actually be a good governor!
 
However, I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is. As soon as I find the address for the "Wamp for Governor", I'll send in a campaign check. Perhaps we'll be able to elect a replacement to Congress who won't support policies and spending which will impoverish and ruin the lives and liberties of my kids & grandkids.
